If you've ever: Reviewed or approved electric bills Managed facility or operating budgets Evaluated solar, battery storage, or energy efficiency projects Been asked to "do more with less" as utility rates rise This role allows you to monetize your expertise, network, and credibility independently. You will represent a patented, AI-driven energy platform combined with commercial solar and battery storage solutions that help building owners: Cut energy costs 15-30% immediately Offset utility rate hikes with on-site solar Reduce peak demand and resiliency risk using battery storage Improve compliance with sustainability and carbon mandates This is a true independent contractor role: No salary. What You'll Do Leverage your relationships with: Facility Directors Property & Asset Managers CFOs & Procurement Officers City & Municipal Decision Makers Introducing decision makers to: ecoSEMS (AI-driven energy optimization) Commercial Solar PV (CAPEX, PPA, or hybrid structures) Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) for peak shaving, backup, and grid resilience Position yourself as a trusted energy advisor, not a commodity salesperson.
