Job Description

Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate Established law firm is seeking an Energy, Environmental & Infrastructure Associate to join its growing practice group. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience focused on energy project development and be prepared to contribute immediately in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Support and manage energy and infrastructure development matters Draft, review, and negotiate project-related agreements and transactional documents Advise clients on regulatory, environmental, and project development issues Work closely with clients, developers, and internal teams throughout project lifecycles Assist with due diligence, permitting, and compliance matters Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of energy project development experience required Strong drafting, analytical, and organizational skills Experience working on renewable energy, infrastructure, or environmental matters preferred Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively Licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation commensurate with experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for long-term growth within a collaborative practice group This is an excellent opportunity for an associate looking to deepen their experience within a sophisticated energy and infrastructure practice.
