They resolve issues ranging from simpleaccountor software problems to complex hardware malfunctions through various channels like phone, email, or chat, and often document solutions to help users in the future.

The role requires strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to help a wide variety of users. You will supportTesla EnergyProductsoperational processes,optimizetheir operations, and contribute to their business success. As a key member of the leadership team, you will oversee operational workflows,identifyand implement improvements, and ensure seamless coordination across departments. You will be crucial in ensuring smooth and efficient workflow management, enhancing productivity, and supporting the organization's overall performance with a focus on efficiency, productivity, and the delivery of better service to our customersand installers.

This role requires acritical thinkingfocused mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for insights using problem-solving abilities to address challenges quickly and effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills along with the ability to build relationships will add to your success.
What You'll Do Process Optimization:
Develop SOPs, analyze workflows, andidentifybottlenecks to drive continuous improvement and automation opportunities
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partner with stakeholders (Engineering, Commercial Charging, Vehicle Support) to align data requirements, resolve operational gaps, and bridge team communication
Data-Driven Insights:
Review operational metrics to detect trends, assess risks, and recommend mitigation strategies for efficiency and compliance
Training Leadership:
Design and lead full training sessions until the training team is fully operational, ensuring consistency and no duplication of content
Knowledge Base Ownership:
Create/update KB articles independently (including bolt forms) and collaborate with leads/SMEs to ensure accuracy and accessibility
Technical Communication:
Translate complex technical details (e.g.,Powershare, Wall Connector) into clear, structured documentation and training materials
Strategic Support:
Provide leadership with actionable insights for tactical/strategic initiatives, including workforce management, automation, and cross-departmental alignment
What You'll Bring Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Strong ability to analyze data,identifytrends, and resolve complex issues
Collaboration & Organization:
Excellent teamwork, communication, and organizational skills with attention to detail
Adaptability:
Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments while managing evolving priorities and technologies
Data Analysis Tools:
Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools/techniques (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau)
Technical Understanding:
Capable of interpreting complex technical information and systems
Task Management:
Skilled at balancing multiple tasks and priorities effectively
