We are looking for a Customer Outreach Representative to help promote our eco-conscious water delivery services. As a Customer Outreach Representative, you will connect with customers in retail settings, share the sustainable story behind each product, and help drive results that feel real and responsible. This isn't just a job—it's a ripple effect you help create. Essential Duties of a
Customer Outreach Representative:
Present water delivery products with a sustainability-first mindset to retail customers through in-store sales outreach Educate customers on environmental benefits and service features including different filtration systems throughout the retail sales process Participate in brand launches and customer engagement activations Track retail enrollment effectiveness to provide feedback to the sales team Represent our service values of transparency and integrity Support team goals with positive energy and thoughtfulness while expanding brand awareness and achieving sales targets Learn and share results that help customers make informed choices and close retail sales Key Qualifications to Be a
Customer Outreach Representative:
Passion for sustainability and ethical brands Strong communicator with a calm, confident presence Detail-oriented and proactive in learning Customer experience skills or retail exposure a plus Willingness to grow and learn new skills Creative thinker and effective collaborator Open to feedback and new ideas
