After lunch, a call comes in about a humidity control issue on a water-source heat pump; you isolate the fault and restore comfort. Back at the truck, you plan tomorrow's preventive maintenance and a retrofit that will cut energy use and boost reliability. That's a typical day at MIH Systems Group. Who we are MIH Systems Group is a fast-growing HVAC services company based in Hudson, OH. We optimize complex building HVAC systems from new construction through the life of existing facilities—delivering startup, maintenance, break/fix service, and equipment retrofits across many manufacturers. The role As an HVACR Service Professional supporting the Columbus, OH area (with a Hudson, OH base), you'll tackle air-conditioning, heating, ventilation, humidity control, and energy management systems. You'll work independently, communicate clearly, and stay organized—owning outcomes that make buildings perform better. What you'll tackle Commission and start up complex HVAC equipment across multiple OEMs. Troubleshoot and repair commercial systems, including water-source heat pumps and rooftop packaged units. Perform preventive maintenance and recommend retrofit paths to enhance efficiency and uptime. Document work thoroughly and coordinate with clients and internal team members. Skills and credentials Strong diagnostic ability on commercial HVACR systems; able to work safely and independently. Startup/commissioning background; experience mentoring others is valued. EPA Universal certification. Personal hand tools and a clean driving record are required. OSHA 10-hour; OSHA 30 preferred. Master HVAC-R preferred.

Pay Estimated Salary:
