Founding rep comp:

10/50/50 — 10% of gross profit covers company overhead, the remainder is split 50/50 between rep and company. Future hires after these two seats are filled will be brought on under our standard 20/50/50 structure (40% of gross profit). First two qualified closers in the door keep the founding split for as long as they sell for Artisan.

Compensation Breakdown — 10/50/50 Founding Rep Structure How it works on every job: Job closes and completes. We calculate gross profit (contract revenue minus direct job costs — materials, labor, dump, permits). 10% of gross profit comes off the top to cover company overhead (CRM, insurance, software, supplement specialist, office, fuel reimbursements, warranties). The remaining 90% is split 50/50 between you and the company.

Example:

A $15,000 contract with $3,750 gross profit pays you $1,687 on completion. Solid full-time rep (1 close/week average across the year): ~$88,000 Strong producer (1.5/week average): ~$131,000 Top performer (2/week average): ~$175,000+ Exceptional reps with higher-ticket jobs or higher-margin upsells clear $200K+ No cap. No territory restrictions inside our service area. What You'll Do Door-to-door canvassing and self-generated leads in storm-impacted neighborhoods Educate homeowners on the insurance claims process and represent them through the adjuster meeting Build proposals and close contracts using our supplied pricing and product catalog Coordinate handoff with our production team and maintain homeowner communication through completion Hit and exceed monthly sales targets What We Provide Inspect roofs for hail and wind damage, document findings with photos and measurements CRM access and lead tracking Supplement specialist and Xactimate support for insurance jobs Full production team — you sell, we build Training on inspection, documentation, and the insurance process for reps new to storm work Direct access to ownership — no layers, no bureaucracy
