Job Description
Steel & Stone Inc is hiring a full-time Client Enrollment Associate to support our growing Box Energy campaign. This is an in-person, business-to-business sales role where you'll work directly with local business owners, introduce commercial energy solutions, and help businesses explore programs designed to reduce their monthly energy supply costs. No previous energy industry experience is required. We provide hands-on training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities for career growth. If you enjoy talking with people, building professional relationships, and working toward goals, this is a great opportunity to build experience in B2B sales, customer service, and account management. Key Responsibilities of the Client Enrollment Associate As a Client Enrollment Associate, meet with local businesses to discuss commercial energy programs. Explain Box Energy's cost-saving solutions and available promotions. Review utility information to identify potential savings opportunities as a Client Enrollment Associate. Answer customer questions regarding energy programs and pricing. Assist with customer enrollments and account updates. Build professional relationships with new and existing customers as a Client Enrollment Associate. Track customer interactions and maintain accurate account records. As a Client Enrollment Associate, you'll need to stay current on energy programs, promotions, and sales initiatives. Work toward individual and team sales goals. Participate in ongoing sales training and professional development. Minimum Qualifications of the Client Enrollment Associate High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with business owners and customers. Organized with strong attention to detail. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
