Left alone, these properties end up in a tax sale and the family walks away with nothing. We step in before that happens. We track down the heirs, buy out their interests, resolve the title issues through our attorney network, and sell the property. The heirs get real money they were about to lose entirely. The community gets a vacant home brought back to productive use. We close a profitable deal. Everyone wins. The Role You'll receive a pre-researched list of properties daily from our VA. Do a quick final check, then get on the phone. You're calling heirs — people who may not know what to do with a property they've inherited. Your job is to understand their situation and present a solution. 20-40 targeted outbound calls per day on company-generated leads Full sales cycle — from first call through signed deal Target at full ramp: 2-5 closed deals per month
