Job Description
Simplified Bookkeeping is seeking a motivated and self-driven Client Acquisition Representative to help grow our client base by connecting with small business owners and generating new leads. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, relationship building, and creating opportunities independently. We are looking for someone who is confident communicating with people, goal-oriented, and motivated by performance-based income.
Responsibilities :
Generate and follow up with leads
Build relationships with business owners and professionals
Network through social media, referrals, cold outreach, networking groups, and local events
Schedule consultations with potential clients
Represent the company professionally online and in person
Track leads and client communication updates
Ideal Candidate :
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated and dependable
Comfortable with sales conversations and networking
Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
Previous sales, networking, or client acquisition experience preferred
Driven, resourceful, and comfortable creating opportunities without being micromanaged
Compensation :
Performance-based opportunity with commission and growth potential
Minimum of $300 earned per client signed and successfully onboarded
A signed client includes a completed contract, paid invoice, and completed onboarding process
Commissions are paid weekly for completed onboardings
Flexible schedule with remote or in-person opportunities available
Support & Training:
Guidance will be provided on our services, pricing, ideal client types, and outreach ideas
Potential industries include service-based businesses such as contractors, marketing agencies, cleaning companies, restaurants, and other small businesses
Representatives are responsible for finding and generating their own leads
Weekly check-ins will be held through Zoom or in person to review progress, questions, and strategies This role is best suited for someone who already understands how to communicate with potential clients, build relationships, and generate business opportunities independently.
