AJ Newington Consulting is actively hiring an Entry Level Frontier Assistant to support customer acquisition and residential sales efforts for Frontier's fiber internet and TV services in the Hartford area. This Entry Level Frontier Assistant role is ideal for competitive, motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, performance-driven environments, and opportunities for career growth in sales. As an Entry Level Frontier Assistant , you will represent Frontier by engaging directly with prospective customers, promoting fiber internet solutions, and helping households upgrade from traditional cable providers. The Entry Level Frontier Assistantwill focus on generating new customer interest, building relationships within the community, and driving daily sales performance through effective communication and product knowledge. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Frontier Assistant Generate new customer interest through in-person residential sales and outreach efforts Present Frontier fiber internet, Wi-Fi, and streaming solutions to prospective customers Educate households on the benefits of switching from traditional cable providers to Frontier fiber services Identify customer needs and recommend internet speed tiers and service packages that align with streaming, gaming, and remote work demands Build and maintain positive customer relationships to support long-term customer satisfaction and retention Meet or exceed daily and weekly customer acquisition and sales performance goals Utilize mapping and territory tools to verify serviceability and maximize sales opportunities Stay informed on Frontier promotions, competitor offers, and local market trends to strengthen sales conversations Accurately track leads, customer interactions, and completed sales activities Work collaboratively with team members in a high-energy, goal-oriented sales environment Qualifications for the Entry Level Frontier Assistant Role Strong interest in sales, business development, or customer acquisition Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing sales environment Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive and motivated attitude Ability to confidently explain products, promotions, and service options Strong work ethic with the ability to manage multiple customer interactions daily Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is a plus but not required High school diploma or GED preferred If you are motivated to grow in a performance-driven environment and want to develop real-world sales experience, apply today for the Entry Level Frontier Assistant opportunity with AJ Newington Consulting.
