​We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team! In this role, you aren't just "knocking on doors"—you are a driving force delivering the highest level of solar intelligence directly to homeowners and business owners. ​We arm our team with industry-leading technology, including 3D orthomosaic models and shading analysis, to ensure every conversation is backed by precise data. ​ The Role ​You will be responsible for visiting residential and commercial properties to present pre-made analytical reports. You won't just drop off a flyer; you will guide the client step-by-step through the process, from the initial data presentation through the pre-construction phase. ​ Key Responsibilities ​

Data Presentation :

Deliver professional, pre-generated solar analytics reports to homeowners at their residences. ​

Precision Consulting :

Utilize 3D models to show homeowners an exact digital twin of their home, including hyper-accurate shading analysis and system placement. ​

End-to-End Guidance :

Lead the client through the entire journey, providing step-by-step support from the first knock through the pre-construction process. ​

Education :

Act as a subject matter expert on renewable energy and the long-term financial benefits of solar utility. ​ What We Provide ​

Frequent Movement:

Ability to walk 3-5 miles per day through residential neighborhoods. ​

Ability to stand for extended periods while presenting data on a tablet or laptop. ​

Stair & Terrain Navigation:

Ability to safely navigate stairs, steep driveways, and uneven walkways repeatedly throughout the day. ​

Outdoor Resilience:

Ability to work outside in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and light precipitation. ​

Equipment Handling:

Ability to carry a tablet, mobile hardware, and physical report folders (approx. 5-10 lbs) for the duration of a shift. ​ Compensation & Qualifications ​

Pay:

This is a 100% commission-based position with uncapped earning potential. High-performers in this model often exceed six-figure annual earnings. ​
