We provide free services to small, medium, and large enterprises, offering contract management, rate renegotiation, full account management services and energy efficiency consulting to help businesses optimize their energy costs. Our team is dedicated to creating personalized and long-term client relationships. By securing competitive energy rates before contract renewals, we help clients mitigate rising market costs and achieve financial savings. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Energy Consultant role located in Dallas, TX. The Consultant will be responsible for identifying and assisting commercial clients in managing their energy needs, negotiating commercial energy contracts on the companies behalf, and providing energy efficiency solutions. Daily tasks include client engagement, analyzing energy usage patterns, developing customized strategies, and offering expert consulting on energy management. This role requires frequent communication with clients and a strong focus on service excellence and relationship building. Qualifications Expertise in Consulting and client relationship management Knowledge of Energy Management and Energy Efficiency practices Familiarity with the Energy Industry, including the deregulated energy market Strong Sales skills and the ability to drive revenue growth Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to analyze data and create actionable solutions Previous experience in energy consulting or a related field is preferred, but not required Bachelor's degree in Business, Energy Management, or a related discipline is a plus Compensation/Pay Full commission pay (uncapped commission) $60,000 - $130,000/ year Ability to move into a salary + commission structure
