• Reports to: Kevin Holt, CEO / MD Americas We're hiring a Head of Infrastructure (Energy & Construction) to run Oscar Energy and Oscar Construction from our Austin office. Both brands are established in the US. Over the next 24 months we'll merge them into one practice

You inherit a team of 3-6 billing consultants with a healthy mix of direct hire and contractor book revenue. Each stream is billing $50k+/month in gross profit. This desk has produced $1M+ personal GP for years. That ceiling is there for the taking. This is leadership work, not a cold start. Why now Oscar Energy and Oscar Construction already overlap. We work the same accounts across heavy civil, renewables, power, EPC, and O&M. Bringing them into one practice is the obvious next step. We need a senior operator to lead the merger and continue to grow the team and book at the same time. What you inherit Warm hiring-manager relationships at Tier-1 EPCs, IPPs, O&M operators, data center builders, utilities, and infrastructure developers 3-6 billing consultants in seat

• your job is to develop them and add the next 3-5 alongside them A combined revenue base scaling toward $10M+ over the next 24 months Past personal GP on this desk has cleared $1M+
• there's room to do it again Warm desk. Not cold. Your first 12 months Lead the Oscar Energy + Oscar Construction merger into one Infrastructure practice
• positioning, GTM, client communications, internal alignment Hire and develop the next 3-5 consultants Be in front of the market
• own key accounts, run client visits, represent Oscar at industry conferences and exhibitions What you bring Senior-level personal billing in Energy and / or Construction recruitment A track record of building and developing billing teams, not only hitting your own number Experience working large enterprise clients with VMS compliance
• the kind of procurement complexity common in O&G Comfort selling across the full range of commercial models: retained, engaged, contract, embedded, RPO, fractional You want to be in Austin and you want to be in the office, every day, with your team What we offer Base salary $100,000
• 120,000 Uncapped commission on your own billings, plus a team override on consultant billings. Year 1 OTE realistically $200,000
• 240,000+, with Year 2 stronger as the team scales 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision premiums 20 days PTO, rising to 25 with tenure 8-9 paid public holidays 12pm Friday finishes, year-round Paid winter holiday break
