Energy & Infrastructure Associate Location:
Dallas, TX Position Overview The client is seeking a driven, early-career professional (0-4 years' experience) to join our team as an Energy & Infrastructure Associate. This is a strategic growth and infrastructure advisory role designed for individuals seeking long-term career advancement in energy markets, infrastructure finance, and client development. This is not a traditional sales position. Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage commercial & industrial facilities (manufacturing, multi-family, healthcare, data centers, hospitality)
  • Build relationships with CFOs, operators, and ownership groups
  • Support energy consumption analysis and proposal development
  • Coordinate with engineering and solutions teams
  • Assist in structuring Managed Services Agreements (MSAs)
  • Help drive projects from introduction through implementation
  • Represent Delta Edge CI in the Dallas energy market Qualifications
  • 0-4 years of professional experience
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Energy Management, Economics, or related field preferred
  • Exposure to energy markets, infrastructure, ESG, commodities, or finance is a plus
  • Strong communication skills and executive presence
