Job Description
Candidate should have 5+ years of experience in advising clients on commercial transactions in the electric power industry, including: power purchase agreements, tolling agreements, retail supply agreements, generation and large load interconnection applications, interconnection agreements, facility extension agreements, and related agreements. Candidates should also have experience engaging in due diligence of these issues in M&A and financing transactions. Experience in administrative litigation before the Public Utility Commission of Texas, Railroad Commission of Texas, or Federal Energy Regulatory Commission is a plus.
