Educational Sales Representative Location:
Keller, TX 76248 (In-Office)
Pay Rate:
$20.00/hr +
OT Schedule:
Mon - Fri, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Are you a high-energy communicator who loves the thrill of the win? We are seeking a dynamic Educational Sales Representative to be our "voice of excitement,"connecting schools with industry-leading educational products. If you have a vibrant personality and a drive to succeed, you'll thrive in our fast-paced, social environment!
Key Responsibilities Outbound Outreach:
Initiate engaging outbound calls to prospective schools to spark interest in our premier programs.
Relationship Building:
Develop rapport with school administrators, aligning product benefits with their educational goals.
Close Deals:
Efficiently manage the sales cycle from initial contact to contract signature.
Pipeline Management:
Utilize Salesforce and digital tools to research leads, log data, and organize accounts.
Collaborate:
Contribute to a high-energy team culture by sharing strategies and hitting goals together. What We're Looking For 1+ year of experience in telemarketing or outbound sales (preferred). A vibrant, professional phone personality that builds instant trust. Strong written/verbal communication skills ( impeccable grammar is a must ). Tech-savvy mindset, comfortable with multi-line phones and CRMs ( Salesforce is a plus ). High School Diploma or GED; ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 40 lbs.
