Hospital Liaison (LPN or RN) - Birmingham, Alabama Healthcare Sales & Marketing | Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care | Full-Time Are you a relationship-driven nurse who thrives in healthcare sales, business development, admissions, and census growth? Champion Care is seeking an experienced Hospital Liaison (LPN or RN) to support our growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute care facilities throughout the Birmingham market. This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse who understands hospital discharge planning, post-acute care, skilled nursing services, managed care, and patient transitions. If you enjoy building referral relationships, driving admissions, and serving as a trusted resource to hospitals, case managers, social workers, physicians, and healthcare providers, we want to hear from you. Position Overview The Hospital Liaison serves as the primary sales and marketing representative for the Birmingham market, developing referral relationships and increasing admissions from hospitals, healthcare systems, physicians, and community partners. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, social workers, physicians, and referral sources Educate healthcare professionals on skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, and post-acute services Conduct daily hospital rounds and referral source visits throughout the Birmingham market Review referrals and assist with patient placement and admission coordination Collaborate with facility leadership and admissions teams to maximize census growth Identify new business development opportunities and referral partnerships Track referral activity, admissions, and market trends Represent Champion Care at networking events, healthcare meetings, and community outreach activities Serve as a clinical resource to referral partners regarding patient care needs and placement options Qualifications Current Alabama LPN or RN license required Healthcare sales, hospital liaison, admissions, case management, discharge planning, marketing, business development, or post-acute care experience preferred Skilled nursing facility (SNF), rehabilitation, long-term care, home health, hospice, or acute care experience strongly preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Ability to travel throughout the Birmingham market Self-motivated with a proven ability to build referral relationships and drive results What We Offer Competitive base salary Bonus and incentive opportunities Vehicle allowance Company-paid business expenses Health, Dental and Vision insurance PTO Laptop, phone, and marketing support Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding healthcare organization If you are an LPN or RN who enjoys healthcare sales, business development, admissions, census growth, hospital marketing, and building lasting professional relationships, we encourage you to apply today.
