Position Overview:
Vertisis Custom Pharmacy is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Provider Consultant to support our continued growth throughout the Northeast. This individual will be responsible for developing new provider relationships, expanding existing accounts, and serving as a trusted resource for healthcare professionals seeking customized compounding solutions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, personable, and confident in building long-term business relationships within the healthcare industry.
Essential Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to drive territory growth and increase market presence throughout a multi-state territory covering the Northeast (including Pennsylvania) Identify, prospect, and onboard new healthcare providers and clinics through networking, outreach, and relationship-building Build and maintain strong partnerships with providers, clinics, and healthcare professionals Educate providers on Vertisis' customized compounding solutions and how they support patient care and practice efficiency Serve as a primary point of contact for provider accounts, ensuring an exceptional customer experience Represent Vertisis at conferences, networking events, seminars, and industry functions Collaborate with internal teams including operations, marketing, and clinical staff to support provider needs and company initiatives Utilize sales metrics and market insights to identify opportunities for continued growth
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or healthcare-related roles preferred Healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, or medical sales experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience Clinical backgrounds such as RN, NP, PA, or other healthcare experience are a plus
Additional Information:
Travel up to 50% may be required for provider visits, conferences, and networking events Opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding national compounding pharmacy organization
