Full-Time Job Summary Primamed Health Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Marketing Liaison for our home health agency. The Marketing Liaison will be responsible for developing referral relationships, increasing patient census, and promoting home health services within the community and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate must have experience in the home health industry, knowledge of home health systems and referral processes, and the ability to build strong professional relationships with referral sources. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, case managers, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and other referral sources. Generate patient referrals for home health services. Conduct routine marketing visits and presentations to healthcare providers and community partners. Educate referral sources regarding company services and patient eligibility for home health. Coordinate with intake staff and clinicians to ensure smooth patient admissions. Maintain accurate records of referrals and marketing activities. Participate in community outreach and networking events. Meet company marketing and census growth goals. Qualifications Minimum of 1-2 years experience in home health marketing or healthcare marketing. Experience with home health systems, patient referrals, and intake coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently Professional appearance and positive attitude. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
