Job Description

Kaviari is a premier, Paris-based caviar house founded in 1980, famous for supplying Michelin-starred chefs. The brand specializes in sourcing, refining, and distributing premium, sustainably farmed caviar, smoked fish, and seafood delicacies. While headquartered in Paris—with its flagship 'Manufacture' and multiple delicatessens—Kaviari operates fine food distributions globally, including locations in the US, Hong Kong, and Macau. For our US market, we directly supply caviar products to fine dining establishments, hotels, restaurants, gourmet boutiques, private chefs & retail from our warehouse offices based in
NYC & LA.
We are looking to hire sales team member in Los Angeles. Our sales team handles new and existing accounts, informing chefs and purchasers about our products while providing sales service & client support. We are looking for people who are self-motivated, driven, and a team player. Willing to learn and adapt to new systems and obtain detailed knowledge to educate our customers on our product range. This is a full-time salaried position based on experience with benefits such as monthly target-based commission, annual bonus, 401K contributions, paid commuter pass, contribution towards personal health insurance via HRA & paid time off. On-the-job training provided during a 3 month trial period. At least 2 years of restaurant and/or food service industry experience is required. Sales experience preferred. We also hire chefs and cooks, or restaurant employees interested in making a transition. This position is a great way to get immersed in the luxury food service.
