Overview We are seeking a disciplined Vascular Device Sales / Clinical Support to lead the clinical adoption of our product. This is a mission-critical role focused on introducing our proprietary medical device to physicians and nurses within complex hospital systems and local clinics. The ideal candidate is not just a salesperson, but a clinical consultant capable of navigating the technical and bureaucratic nuances of healthcare procurement to get our product into the hands of practitioners. What You'll Do As a Business Development Lead/Manager & Clinical Support Representative, you will be involved with:
Clinical Demonstrations:
Deliver high-level sales presentations of medical device in surgical settings.
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and social selling. Identify, analyze, and penetrate emerging markets to increase sales
Pipeline Management:
Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing, ensuring a consistent flow of deals.
Solution Selling:
Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client pain points and demonstrate how our product provides the perfect solution.
Relationship Building:
Develop long-term partnerships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
Market Intelligence:
Stay ahead of industry trends to position our brand as the premier choice. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred Ability to travel regional (50% frequency) 3-5+ years of proven success in a B2B sales role (medical devices sales experience preferred). Positive, curious, and adaptable attitude; willingness to learn. Effective communicator and team player with excellent interpersonal abilities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and internal team collaboration Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership, capability, and accountability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
What We Offer:
$120,000 base salary plus commission Equity compensation Travel Expense Coverage (comprehensive travel, lodging, and meal reimbursement) Flexible paid time off (PTO)
