We're not a call center or a national chain — we're a local team that actually shows up, installs, trains, and supports every client we bring on. ─── The Opportunity We're growing and looking for a hungry, self-motivated sales rep to own the San Diego hospitality market. You'll prospect, demo, and close new accounts — restaurants, QSRs, bars, nightclubs — then hand off to our implementation team. No babysitting accounts after the sale. Your job is to close. The comp structure is built for people who want to earn real money. A rep hitting quota clears $96K. A rep who pushes past that hits $185K-$300K+. The residuals you build are yours — and they compound. ─── Compensation 90-day ramp: $5,000/month guaranteed with a gradual quota build (0 → 2 → 3 → 4 deals/month) After ramp: Draw vs. commission, whichever is greater $750 per installation closed $100/month per active account (Average residual — builds every month) Monthly bonuses: 4 deals → +$3,000 | 7 deals → +$6,000 | 10 deals → +$12,000 OTE at quota (4 deals/month): ~$96,000 Uncapped — top performers earn $185K-$300K+ ─── What You'll Do Prospect and generate leads in San Diego's restaurant and hospitality scene Conduct in-person and virtual demos of Shift4 Dine POS and payment solutions Own the full sales cycle from cold outreach to signed contract Build relationships with owners, GMs, and operators Log all activity and manage pipeline in CRM Collaborate with our tech team for smooth post-sale handoffs ─── What We're Looking For 2+ years B2B outside sales experience (hospitality, SaaS, payments, or tech preferred) Track record of hitting or exceeding quota Comfortable with cold outreach, in-person meetings, and closing CRM discipline — you log your activity, period Knowledge of restaurant or bar operations is a strong plus Bilingual (English/Spanish) a strong plus — many of our clients are Spanish-speaking operators San Diego-based; reliable transportation required ─── Benefits 401(k) after 90 days Health insurance Company cell phone Flexible schedule — we care about results, not clock-ins ─── Why Shift4 Partner Connect?
