Making Medicare Easier. As a Health Plan Specialist , you will educate seniors on their healthcare options, guide them through enrollments, and provide ongoing support. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to meeting monthly performance goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads through provider visits, community events, health fairs, and outbound calls Conduct 1:1 sales appointments (field & telephonic) and complete compliant enrollments Build relationships with medical offices and community partners Provide ongoing member support and generate referrals Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications:

Active California Life & Health Insurance License Sales or customer service experience preferred Self-motivated with strong time management skills Reliable transportation and clean driving record

Performance & Compensation:

This role includes monthly enrollment goals . Specialists who meet or exceed goals are eligible to earn monthly commissions in addition to base compensation, providing strong income growth potential based on performance.
