Are you a healthcare sales professional who thrives on building referral relationships, closing enrollments, and making a real impact? We're looking for a field-based Healthcare Sales Representative to grow referrals and guide seniors through the enrollment process for a nationally recognized senior healthcare program. This is NOT an administrative admissions coordinator position. We are seeking professionals with a proven track record of developing referral sources, managing a sales pipeline, and converting qualified prospects into enrolled participants. If you've built relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, assisted living communities, case managers, discharge planners, home health agencies, managed care organizations, or other healthcare referral partners—we want to talk to you. What You'll Do As the face of our organization in the community, you'll spend the majority of your time in the field developing relationships and helping seniors access care. You'll be responsible for: Building and maintaining relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, home health agencies, social workers, and other referral sources Meeting with prospective participants and families in homes, healthcare facilities, and community settings Managing a healthcare sales pipeline from referral through enrollment Conducting consultative sales conversations that educate seniors and caregivers on available services Coordinating the enrollment process while serving as the primary point of contact Collaborating with internal clinical, financial, eligibility, and operations teams to ensure successful enrollments Presenting participant cases to interdisciplinary teams and advocating for enrollment Utilizing CRM technology to track opportunities, manage follow-up, and forecast sales activity Achieving monthly enrollment and sales goals
What We're Looking For Required Experience:
2+ years of successful healthcare sales, business development, admissions, or enrollment experience Experience generating and managing referrals in both: B2
B Healthcare Sales:
Hospitals, physician offices, SNFs, assisted living, home health, hospice, managed care, Medicare Advantage, Medicaid plans, VA, or similar referral networks B2
C Sales:
Working directly with patients, families, or caregivers to guide them through healthcare decisions and successfully close enrollments Demonstrated success closing healthcare sales—not simply processing admissions paperwork Experience carrying a sales pipeline and meeting referral or enrollment goals CRM experience (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, Zoho, Playmaker, or similar) Bachelor's degree or equivalent healthcare sales experience Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Ideal Backgrounds We're especially interested in candidates with experience such as: Healthcare Account Executive Hospice or Home Health Account Executive Medical Sales Representative PACE Sales Representative Senior Living Community Relations Director Business Development Representative Managed Care Sales Medicare Advantage Sales Healthcare Outreach Representative Physician Liaison Post-Acute Sales Representative This Role Is NOT a Fit If... Your admissions experience has primarily been entering patient information into an EMR or admissions system.
