The ideal candidate will support surgical procedures, assist with patient care, and collaborate closely with surgeons and staff to ensure exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity for professionals interested in the intersection of medical technology and aesthetic surgery, requiring strong communication, organizational, and technical skills. The Plastic Surgery Technician will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient outcomes and supporting the clinic's growth through excellent service and technical expertise. Responsibilities Assist surgeons during plastic surgery procedures by preparing instruments, supplies, and equipment Ensure all surgical tools are sterilized, organized, and ready for use Provide pre-operative and post-operative patient care, including education on procedures and recovery protocols Manage patient records accurately using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint Support the clinic's sales efforts by demonstrating products and explaining their benefits to patients Engage in product demos and technical sales activities to promote surgical devices and materials Collaborate with the team to maintain compliance with safety standards and infection control protocols Participate in organizational tasks such as inventory management and documentation of procedures Develop strong relationships with patients through excellent customer service skills Assist in training new staff or interns as needed, demonstrating leadership qualities Requirements Proven experience or background in medical sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare support roles is preferred Strong communication skills for effective negotiation, customer service, and team collaboration Demonstrated organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Analysis skills to evaluate product performance and patient outcomes effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and PowerPoint, for documentation and presentations Ability to handle outside sales activities related to product demonstrations and client engagement Knowledge of B2B sales processes is a plus for expanding clinic partnerships or vendor relations Leadership qualities to guide team members or interns when necessary Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients, vendors, and colleagues This position provides an engaging environment for professionals passionate about aesthetic medicine and surgical support.
