Responsibilities include assisting with surgeon and clinic relationships, product support, case coordination, inventory follow-up, and business development activities. Ideal candidates are organized, professional, and interested in the medical device or healthcare industry. Duties Support day-to-day operations of the medical device distribution business Assist with surgeon, clinic, and hospital communication Coordinate product deliveries, case coverage, and inventory follow-up Help identify and develop new business opportunities Schedule meetings, presentations, and follow-up calls Maintain organized records, reports, and customer information Provide professional customer support and relationship management Assist with marketing, outreach, and administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized and detail-oriented Professional attitude and ability to work independently Interest or experience in healthcare, medical devices, sales, or business development preferred Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and basic office software Ability to build relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus Reliable transportation preferred for local visits and meetings
