Position Overview We are seeking a driven, results-oriented Medical Sales Representative to join our team. This role combines consultative sales, client relationship management, and business development within the healthcare and insurance industry. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by achieving sales goals while delivering outstanding client experiences. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients. Generate new business through networking, referrals, lead generation, and outreach efforts. Educate clients on available healthcare and insurance products and services. Conduct needs assessments and recommend appropriate coverage solutions. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through enrollment and ongoing account management. Maintain regular communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer support and service. Track sales activity, pipeline performance, and client interactions within CRM systems. Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals. Qualifications 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or customer-facing roles. Experience in insurance, healthcare, medical sales, or financial services preferred. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office. Insurance license preferred or willingness to obtain one.
