Position Overview As a Licensed Medicare Agent (Health Plan Specialist), you will educate seniors on their healthcare options, guide them through the enrollment process, and provide ongoing support. This is a relationship-driven, performance-based role ideal for individuals who are motivated, personable, and goal-oriented.

What You'll Do:

Generate leads through provider outreach, community events, health fairs, and outbound calls Conduct one-on-one sales appointments (in-person and telephonic) and complete compliant enrollments Build and maintain relationships with medical offices and community partners Provide ongoing member support and generate referrals Participate in training and continuous professional development

What We're Looking For:

Active Hawaii Life & Health Insurance License Sales or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with excellent time management Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
