Position Overview Genesis Laboratory is seeking entry level Medical Sales Representative to develop, manage, and grow a high-value territory based in the areas of Indiana . This role is ideal for a motivated, entry-level professional who is eager to build a career in healthcare sales. We are seeking a self-starter who is comfortable prospecting, developing relationships, and learning how to grow new business within physician offices, specialty practices, and medical facilities. The selected candidate will play a key role in expanding our presence while developing strong foundational sales skills in a supportive, growth-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Prospect and develop new physician and specialty practice accounts Conduct in-person meetings with physicians, physician assistants, and practice administrators Educate providers and clinical staff on Genesis testing services and value proposition Execute a strategic territory sales plan to drive consistent growth Close new accounts and achieve defined monthly and quarterly revenue targets Maintain detailed reporting of sales activities, pipeline, and account progress Collaborate with internal operations and client services teams to ensure seamless onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's degree mandatory (Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field) 0-2 years of sales experience (Business to Business or healthcare experience is a plus but not required) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability Organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Most importantly, we are looking for individuals with a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to grow professionally.
