Job Description

Life & Health Insurance Producer - Medicare Focus We are seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Life & Health Insurance Producer with Medicare experience to join our growing insurance agency. This individual will focus on helping clients understand and enroll in Medicare products while also identifying additional life and health insurance opportunities to meet clients' long-term financial and healthcare needs. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, ethical, and passionate about educating clients while building a strong and lasting book of business. Responsibilities Sell and service Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plans Educate clients on Medicare eligibility, coverage options, and enrollment periods Develop new business through referrals, networking, community outreach, and prospecting Conduct policy reviews and recommend appropriate life and health insurance solutions Maintain strong relationships with clients through ongoing service and annual reviews Stay current on CMS guidelines, carrier updates, and compliance requirements Maintain accurate documentation and client records within agency systems Work with carrier partners to provide competitive coverage solutions Qualifications Active Life & Health insurance license required Previous Medicare sales experience preferred AHIP certification preferred or ability to obtain Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Ability to explain complex insurance products in a simple and professional manner Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office preferred Preferred Traits Compassionate and client-focused approach Strong networking and business development abilities High ethical and compliance standards Goal-oriented mindset with strong closing skills Ability to build trust with senior clients and their families
