As a representative, you're not selling another piece of equipment. You're helping physicians add profitable cash-pay services, increase practice revenue, attract new patients, and build stronger businesses. What You'll Actually Do Your primary responsibility is to build relationships with physicians, med spas, and aesthetic practices in your territory and introduce them to the FunSculpting platform.
A typical day may include:
Visiting 10-12 physician offices and practices in your territory Building a consistent weekly rhythm of prospecting, relationship-building, and follow-up Meeting physicians, practice managers, and decision-makers Introducing the FunSculpting platform and its benefits Inviting qualified prospects to webinars and demonstrations Following up with interested practices The representatives who perform best in this role are not necessarily the most experienced. They're the ones who consistently show up, build relationships, follow up, and create opportunities week after week. Company leadership conducts the clinical and product presentations, answers technical questions, and guides prospects through the evaluation process. You are not expected to become the technical expert or conduct clinical demonstrations yourself. Your role is to open doors, create opportunities, and help qualified practices engage with our team. Success in this role is measured by your ability to create conversations and generate interest, not by your ability to perform clinical presentations. This is not a highly technical sale. You need the ability to communicate, build relationships, stay organized, and consistently follow through. Who Thrives Here Strong communicators who enjoy meeting people and building trust.
