Clinical Liason Bear Mountain at Sudbury - 5.0 Sudbury, MA Job Details Full-time 14 hours ago Qualifications Business development Driver's License Marketing Full Job Description Bear Mountain Healthcare is looking for a self-motivated individual to join their team and develop and build a strong referral network within the service area and medical community, ensure effective and successful relationships are maintained with the referral sources and customers resulting in referrals that meet the census goals of the center and assess and evaluate potential patients for appropriate admissions and facilitate the admission process, working closely with the hospital staff.

The ideal candidate will:

Seek to build a strong referral network, engage in person-to-person calls and meeting with the referral sources to increase referrals from existing contacts and generate referrals from new sources. Ensure responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely and with the appropriate follow up. Ensure all bed-holds are updated as requested by the facility. Manage all aspects of the referral and admission process. Receive and evaluate all referrals to assure clinical appropriateness for the hospital. Work with the hospital to ensure all steps of the admission process are thoroughly completed. Maintain excellent working relationship with the medical professionals and other health related facilities and organizations. Promote Company philosophy, mission and objectives within and outside the hospitals. Attend and participate in facility meetings, calls and in-services. Demonstrate honesty and integrity at all times and project a professional image.

License/Certification:

Must have a valid driver's license

RN/LPN/LSW

preferred but not required

Experience:

Two years clinical and marketing experience in a multiple service healthcare model with an emphasis on network and business development. Working knowledge of the various electronic referral platforms.
