We connect eligible individuals with quality in-home care — and we're scaling fast. We're looking for a driven sales rep or community marketer who can help us grow our client base and build lasting referral relationships. What You'll Do Identify and pursue new client referrals through hospitals, social workers, discharge planners, senior centers, churches, and community organizations Build and maintain relationships with Medicaid case managers, DHS workers, and healthcare providers Educate potential clients and families about our home help services and the Medicaid enrollment process Represent the agency at community events, health fairs, and networking functions Track leads and follow up consistently to convert referrals into active clients Report weekly on outreach activity, pipeline, and enrolled clients Who We're Looking For Experience in healthcare sales, home health, Medicaid, or social services strongly preferred Deep knowledge of Metro Detroit communities and networks Self-starter who thrives without hand-holding — you own your results Strong communicator — in person, on the phone, and in writing Reliable transportation and valid Michigan driver's license required Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Performance-based bonuses tied to overall agency growth metrics Flexible schedule — we care about results, not hours Why Join Us Ground-floor opportunity with a growing agency Supportive team, fast decisions, no corporate red tape Real earning potential for someone who brings energy and relationships Be part of a mission-driven company making a difference in the community To Apply Send your resume and a brief note on your relevant experience.
