Medical Spa Receptionist / Sales Representative /Sales Expert

High end med spa in East Lansing is seeking an experienced, energetic, and highly motivated Medical Spa Receptionist / Sales Expert to join our growing team. This is not a typical front desk position. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, customer service, and aesthetics who can confidently educate clients, convert consultations into appointments, and help drive practice growth.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming phone calls professionally and confidently. Respond promptly to leads, texts, emails, and online inquiries. Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently. Educate clients on aesthetic treatments, pricing, packages, memberships, and promotions. Convert inquiries into booked consultations and treatment plans. Follow up with prospective and existing clients to increase retention and sales. Check clients in and out while providing exceptional customer service. Maintain accurate client records and documentation. Process payments and discuss financing options when appropriate. Support daily operations and ensure a smooth client experience. Work closely with providers to maximize treatment bookings and revenue.

Qualifications:

College degree required. Minimum 3+ years of sales experience (medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic surgery, dermatology, luxury retail, or related field preferred). Strong knowledge of aesthetic treatments and cosmetic procedures. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Exceptional phone skills and ability to build rapport quickly. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Fast learner with the ability to retain information about multiple treatments and services. Professional appearance and communication skills. Self-motivated, confident, and results-driven. Experience with CRM, EMR, or scheduling software is a plus.
