Clinical Sales Representative Carelinc Medical Equipment - 3.2 Grand Rapids, MI Job Details 1 day ago Qualifications High school diploma or GED Full Job Description Are you passionate about building relationships, driving clinical growth, and making a meaningful impact in healthcare? We're looking for a Clinical Sales Representative to join our team and help provide independence and dignity to those we serve through advanced respiratory and sleep therapy solutions. What You'll Do Drive clinical sales growth and achieve referral and revenue goals within your assigned territory. Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, sleep labs, healthcare providers, and referral sources. Promote respiratory and sleep therapy equipment and services through education, support, and partnership development. Conduct presentations, in-services, and clinical education sessions for staff and referral partners. Develop and execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and referral growth. Identify new business opportunities through networking, community partnerships, and industry engagement. Collaborate with clinical, operational, intake, billing, and leadership teams to support specialty program success. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and provider needs to identify growth opportunities. Provide exceptional service and maintain genuine care and concern for patients and their families. Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with company policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and able to work independently within a specialized healthcare market. Ability to educate providers and clinical staff on respiratory and sleep therapy solutions. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage a sales pipeline and territory effectively. Knowledge of medical terminology, clinical workflows, and payer considerations. Results-oriented mindset with a passion for growing business relationships and improving patient outcomes. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Willingness to travel regularly throughout the assigned market, including occasional overnight travel. Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required. 3-5 years of experience in hospital, healthcare sales, home medical equipment, respiratory, sleep therapy, or related industries preferred.
