About Us Danny's Home Health Care is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in the comfort of their homes. We are seeking an energetic and motivated Home Health Marketer to help grow our referral network and community presence. Responsibilities Build and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, rehabilitation facilities, assisted living communities, and other referral sources. Conduct regular visits to referral partners and community organizations. Educate referral sources on our home health services and admission criteria. Identify new business opportunities and generate patient referrals. Attend networking events and community outreach activities. Track marketing activities and referral growth. Qualifications Healthcare marketing, sales, or business development experience preferred. Home health, hospice, or medical sales experience is a plus. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented. Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout the service area.
