As our business continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated Clinical / CPAP Sales Representative to help drive revenue growth while supporting our mission of exceptional patient care. Why You'll Love This Role Meaningful work supporting patients and healthcare partners Blend of clinical expertise and sales strategy Opportunities to influence growth and business development Collaborative, team-focused culture Stable, family-owned healthcare organization Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and grow market share Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, suppliers, and customers Serve as a clinical resource, resolving clinical, billing, and documentation issues Manage insurance documentation and support resubmissions as needed Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth transitions, training, and operational alignment Support and coach sales staff to achieve individual and team performance goals Forecast sales performance, analyze market trends, and identify growth opportunities Negotiate contracts and evaluate products to ensure alignment with customer and industry needs Attend conferences, industry events, and branch locations as required Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred) 5+ years of experience in the healthcare industry (preferred) Understanding of the DME market and CPAP industry Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills Willingness to travel up to 50% (preferred) Experience with Brightree and ADP software (preferred, but training available) Highly organized with strong attention to detail Customer-focused, proactive, and solution-oriented Motivated team player with a growth mindset Physical Requirements This role may involve standing, walking, sitting, lifting, driving, and other physical activities typical of an office and field-based sales position.
