Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target healthcare facilities, clinics, and medical professionals. Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our medical supplies. Manage existing accounts while actively seeking new business opportunities through outside sales efforts. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, offering technical support, and ensuring satisfaction. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for product expansion or new offerings. Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and account status using organizational tools like Microsoft Office applications. Requirements Proven experience in medical sales, with primary focus on urological supplies. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close deals effectively. Demonstrated success in outside sales environments with a proactive approach to prospecting and account management. Ability to deliver compelling product demos and explain complex technical information clearly. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration when needed. Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple accounts and follow-up tasks efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, and analysis tools for reporting purposes. Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations, medical supplies, or related technical fields is highly desirable.
