Medical Device Sales Representative - Cardiac & Electrophysiology Charlotte, NC | Field-Based | OR, EP Lab & Cath Lab Focus About the Opportunity We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical device company seeking a high-performing Medical Device Sales Representative to drive adoption of advanced procedural technology throughout the North Carolina market. This is a highly visible opportunity for a sales professional with experience supporting physicians in the OR, Electrophysiology (EP) Lab, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR, or other cardiac procedural environments. The ideal candidate understands complex hospital selling, thrives in procedural settings, and enjoys partnering directly with physicians and clinical teams to improve patient outcomes. If you have experience in electrophysiology, cardiovascular medical devices, cardiac rhythm management, structural heart, interventional cardiology, or related procedural specialties, we encourage you to apply. What You'll Do Manage and grow a high-potential territory throughout the North Carolina market Drive new business development while expanding utilization within existing hospital and health system accounts Build strong relationships with electrophysiologists, cardiac surgeons, interventional cardiologists, physicians, OR leadership, Cath Lab leadership, and key clinical stakeholders Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures, evaluations, and technology implementations Lead product trials, physician training initiatives, and technology conversions Develop and execute territory business plans designed to exceed revenue objectives Collaborate cross-functionally with clinical, marketing, and leadership teams to accelerate market adoption Serve as a trusted procedural and clinical resource for customers Required Experience To be considered, candidates must possess one or more of the following: 3+ years of medical device sales, clinical specialist, or field clinical support experience Experience supporting procedures in the OR, EP Lab, Cath Lab, Hybrid OR, or cardiovascular procedural environments Experience working directly with physicians during procedures Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, health systems, and procedural departments Proven ability to develop new business and grow existing accounts Strong consideration will be given to candidates with experience in: Electrophysiology (EP) Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) Cardiovascular Medical Devices Structural Heart Interventional Cardiology Cardiac Surgery Ablation Technologies Mapping Systems Catheter-Based Technologies Cardiac Monitoring Technologies Ideal Candidate Background We are particularly interested in candidates currently working for or supporting technologies within: Electrophysiology Cardiovascular Surgery Cardiac Rhythm Management Structural Heart Interventional Cardiology Advanced Cardiac Therapies Ideal titles may include: Medical Device Sales Representative Territory Manager Associate Territory Manager Clinical Specialist Field Clinical Specialist EP Clinical Specialist Cardiac Clinical Specialist CRM Clinical Specialist Preferred Qualifications Experience launching new technologies within hospital environments Experience with startup, emerging-growth, or high-growth medical device organizations Strong physician relationships within the Charlotte and surrounding North Carolina market History of exceeding sales objectives and driving market adoption Bachelor's degree preferred Why Join Join a rapidly growing medical device company during a pivotal stage of expansion Significant territory growth opportunity and uncapped earning potential High visibility with executive leadership Innovative technology addressing meaningful clinical challenges Entrepreneurial culture with autonomy, ownership, and career growth opportunities Competitive compensation package including base salary, commission, and benefits Rep-Lite receives a large volume of resumes for each position and regretfully cannot respond to each application.
