What You'll Do:

Engage healthcare professionals through outbound calls, emails, and virtual meetings. Educate providers and staff on disease states and identify potential patients. Qualify leads and follow up on claims-based alerts. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system. Communicate disease state education, access information, PEF (Patient Enrollment Form) guidance, and sample request procedures. Coordinate follow-up appointments for field teams.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) required. 2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with proven success. Experience in virtual/inside sales, including educational sessions with HCPs. Strong CRM skills and ability to exceed sales and engagement metrics. Self-motivated, organized, and compliance-focused. Why Syneos Health?
