We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Medical Laboratory Sales Representative to target and build relationships with assisted living facilities, doctors' offices, and healthcare providers in the South Jersey region. Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Medical Laboratory Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our medical laboratory services to Assisted Living facilities and Doctor's offices . The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a knack for leadership, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients. You will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities :
The Qualified Medical Laboratory Sales Representative will Identify and prospect new business opportunities within assisted living facilities, doctors' offices, and other healthcare providers. Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and decision-makers to understand their laboratory service needs. Present and promote laboratory services to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and accuracy of our diagnostic tools. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, meetings, proposals, follow-ups, to closing deals. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and services are delivered on time. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and report on performance. Maintain CRM system and provide regular reports on sales activities and results. Qualifications Proven sales experience, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry (experience with laboratory services is a plus). Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently. Understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique needs of assisted living facilities and doctors' offices. Ability to travel locally as needed to meet with clients and attend events. Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or related field preferred (but not required).
