ROE Dental Laboratory, a leading provider of dental prosthetics and various dental lab services to dentists nationwide, is seeking Territory Sales Representative to join our sales team. As a Territory Sales Representative, you are responsible for driving profitable sales growth by developing, maintaining, and advancing accounts be regularly contacting dental offices within a defined territory.

Toledo, OH Responsibilities Include:
Develop and execute a sales plan to include prospecting and cold-calling new customers, and maintain and build existing customer accounts. Assess customer needs and present appropriate dental laboratory products, solutions, and services. Establish and maintain a schedule allotting 40% of your time maintaining and building existing customer accounts and 60% calling on potential new customers. Analyze existing customer sales records and plan activity to increase existing customer sales revenue. Develop and maintain relationships with dental distributor and manufacturer reps Record all sales activity and customer contact information in CRM system (Salesforce.com) Study and stay informed on products, technologies, clinical studies, competitive activity, and other general information related to the dental industry. Participate in trade shows, dental study clubs, and company meetings as appropriate. Promote continuing education programs being held at ROE. Develop and maintain relationships with internal teams to improve the overall customer experience. Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for new and existing customers while managing administrative responsibilities Qualifications Associates Degree or higher preferred or Dental Assisting, EFDA, or RDH Certificate in lieu of degree 3 years of outside sales experience preferable A strong initiative with exceptional customer service, planning and organization skills. Effective interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate Previous success attaining and exceeding sales goals General computer proficiency including knowledge of MS Office is required. You must also possess a valid driver's license. This position is salary plus commission and includes mileage reimbursement.
