Hospice Liaison Philadelphia, PA Full Spectrum Search Group is a full-service healthcare recruiting agency specializing in post-acute leadership and healthcare administration. We are seeking an experienced Hospice Liaison for a growing hospice organization in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania market. This is an opportunity to join a mission-driven hospice provider that is investing in growth throughout the Philadelphia market. The organization has established clinical operations, strong leadership support, and is seeking a relationship-focused sales professional who can drive referral development and community presence. This individual will serve as the primary community representative for the organization and will work closely with hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, physicians, assisted living communities, case managers, and other referral sources to drive admissions growth. The ideal candidate is a proven healthcare sales professional who understands the post-acute landscape and has a passion for helping patients and families access hospice services. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, skilled nursing facilities, senior living communities, and other referral sources Educate healthcare professionals and community partners regarding hospice services and eligibility Generate patient referrals and admissions through consistent relationship development Maintain a regular schedule of sales calls, facility visits, and community outreach activities Partner closely with clinical and operational teams to ensure smooth patient transitions Track referral activity and maintain accurate documentation within CRM systems Participate in community events, networking opportunities, and educational programs Analyze territory opportunities and execute strategic growth initiatives Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales, hospice liaison, home health sales, or related post-acute business development experience Hospice sales experience strongly preferred Demonstrated success developing referral relationships and growing admissions Knowledge of the Philadelphia healthcare and post-acute market preferred Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills Self-motivated and able to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Comprehensive additional benefits package Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization To learn more about this role, connect with us at:
