Responsibilities Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare providers, including physicians, hospital staff, and clinic managers to promote our medical products and services. Conduct engaging product demonstrations and detailed technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting the benefits and features of our solutions. Identify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and account management strategies, ensuring continuous growth within assigned territories. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements confidently while maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly, resolving concerns effectively, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process. Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals, sales strategies, and educational materials using Microsoft Office tools such as Word and PowerPoint. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales approaches and maximize results in a competitive landscape. Skills Proven experience in B2B sales, medical or pharmaceutical sales preferred, with a strong understanding of clinical environments. Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills that facilitate clear dialogue and effective account management. Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product demos and technical sales presentations that resonate with healthcare professionals. Strong analysis skills to interpret market data, customer needs, and sales metrics for strategic planning. Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and motivate team collaboration across outside sales efforts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word for documentation, PowerPoint for presentations, and general organizational tools. Customer service orientation combined with outside sales experience to foster long-term professional relationships. Pay:
$110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
