RMX Holdco, Inc. and Subsidiaries (AKA "Rhythmedix" or the "Company") is a rapidly growing provider of remote cardiac monitoring services. The Company focuses on improving patient care using patient-friendly devices and mobile communications to diagnose and treat heart disease faster. Our Cardiac Monitoring solutions use cellular networks to send real time medical data to a central monitoring center. Our RhythmStar® mobile cardiac monitoring system is the industry's first cloud-based, all-in-one patient monitoring solution which features a single-component, multi-modality monitor. RhythMedix has launched the industry's first multi-modality wearable monitor that includes built in cellular technology for real time patient monitoring.
POSITION SUMMARY
The Clinical Sales Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by promoting RhythmStar within their assigned accounts. This position handles account management and maintains client satisfaction from initial communications through client onboarding and continuous support, working directly with cardiology within the greater Pittsburgh area hospital system.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
Achieve sales growth expectations within specific assigned accounts. Meet or exceed new patient start targets monthly. Build strong relationships with physicians, office and hospital staff, administrators, and all key decision makers. Understand customer needs and communicate the value proposition of our products effectively Develop an annual business plan with quarterly revisions to ensure proper targeting, strategy, and growth Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in HubSpot CRM software Provide hands-on product training to customers as ongoing level of support. Build and enhance relationships in accounts as well as intentionally grow market share while resolving any services issues to ensure customers' complete satisfaction Collaborate with other field sales members and marketing teams to align campaigns, promotions, and account strategies Present routine customer reviews to analyze past business with existing clients, a project future revenue analysis from existing customers. Become a company expert and resource on both RhythmStar® monitoring technologies and related monitoring services
QUALFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Education:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university or the equivalent in healthcare experience
Experience:
A proven track record of success within the Cardiology & Healthcare space. Knowledge of Mobile Cardiac Telemetry (MCT), Event Monitoring, and Extended Holter Services a plus Proven ability to navigate a medical environment such as a physician's office, clinic, or hospital Documented history and relationships with key decision makers within cardiac monitoring space Strong communication Strong Interpersonal Skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience with medical devices, diagnostics, or healthcare IT products Background in Healthcare Clinical communication skills
