We're seeking a motivated, clinically minded, and relationship-driven individual to join our North District team as an Orthopedic Sales Representative - Extremities & Orthobiologics supporting the greater Pittsburgh area. This position offers the opportunity to partner with orthopedic surgeons on complex surgical procedures while representing some of the most innovative technologies in orthopedic extremity reconstruction, trauma, and biologic solutions. About the Role As an Orthopedic Sales Representative specializing in Extremities & Orthobiologics , you'll become a trusted clinical and business partner to orthopedic surgeons and operating room teams throughout the greater Pittsburgh area. You'll provide technical expertise during surgical procedures, educate surgeons and healthcare professionals on advanced orthopedic technologies, and help grow the business through exceptional customer service and relationship management. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to expand their clinical expertise while building long-term relationships with physicians and healthcare providers. What You'll Do Provide technical support during extremity, trauma, and orthobiologic procedures. Develop and maintain strong relationships with orthopedic surgeons, physician offices, hospitals, and surgery centers. Become an expert on the Arthrex Extremities & Orthobiologics portfolio. Educate healthcare professionals on new products, surgical techniques, and technology. Coordinate surgical cases, inventory, and logistics to ensure exceptional customer service. Identify opportunities to expand business within existing and prospective accounts. Participate in surgeon education programs, cadaver labs, and professional development events. Continuously strengthen your clinical and product knowledge through ongoing education and training. Preferred qualifications include:
Bachelor's degree required Medical device sales, B2B sales, athletic training, nursing, or other healthcare experience preferred Strong communication and relationship-building skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities Ability to remain composed in fast-paced operating room environments Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and desire to build a long-term career Clinical curiosity and the ability to quickly learn complex orthopedic procedures and technologies Why Arthrex Pittsburgh?
