Company Overview Chester County Dental Arts is a privately owned multi-specialty dental practice dedicated to serving the Chester County community. Since its founding in 2015, the practice has experienced amazing growth, earning a reputation for exceptional patient care and positive reviews from the community. We moved from a 6 op practice to a 12 op practice a year ago and are looking to expand our sales team to help us reach the sales goals of the new space. Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Healthcare Sales Representative to join our team and educate and sell through dental surgeries and treatment plans to patients. The treatments include dental implants, cosmetic surgeries, crowns, orthodontic treatments, full mouth restoration and much more. In this role, you will engage with patients daily and drive sales growth through effective communication and dental treatment examples and demonstrations. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the dental industry while advancing your sales expertise. Experience in healthcare sales, preferably in the dental field, and a bachelor's degree are required for this position. Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with our patients, focusing on understanding their needs and presenting tailored treatment plans based on the doctor's recommendations. You will meet with the patient after their appointment with the dentist, explain the recommended procedure(s) and get the patient to sign off on moving forward with the treatment. Show detailed sales presentations to the patient with pictures and other tools to further explain the treatment needed, time line to move forward with treatment, cost, etc. Follow up regularly with the patients to ensure customer satisfaction Identify patients who need treatment through inside sales tools and proactively reach out to patients who are overdue with treatment or never moved forward with recommended treatment from the doctor. Look up and understand the patient's dental insurance details and what their insurance policy covers for specific treatments and surgeries. Communicate what the insurance policy will cover and what the patient will need to pay for out of pocket on their own. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close the dental treatment plans effectively while ensuring customer value Analyze dental market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to inform strategic sales approaches Maintain detailed records of sales activities, patient interactions, and account status using electronic organizational tools Skills & Education Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term relationships Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to work independently in sales environments Proven sales experience and meeting goals in the healthcare industry required Bachelor's degree required Proficiency in analysis skills to assess patient needs and opportunities Organizational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently while providing exceptional customer service If you are looking for your next challenge in the healthcare field, please reach out.
