Ideally have PT or OT experience Base play plus Bonus structure if territory hits their sales goals Job Description The Clinical Specialist II (CSII) is an integral member of the field sales team, responsible for servicing the direct-to-consumer channel. This role involves collaborating with Inside Sales Reps, Clinical Territory Managers, Virtual Clinical Specialists, Directors of Sales and Marketing, and Commercial Support to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets within assigned geographies. The Clinical Specialist will work closely with field sales management to provide coverage and support for high-volume territories, maximizing revenue and technology adoption. Responsibilities Execute quarterly and annual key performance metrics. Support assigned geographies by managing the product acquisition process, including lead engagement and nurturing, referral development, and clinical education. Conduct in-services and meetings by delivering company-developed presentations to physicians, clinicians, and community support groups. Assist Clinical Territory Manager team members with their annual business plans and review quarterly key performance metrics with management. Provide assistance in high-volume territories and, if necessary, support areas outside of the home base as directed by the Director of Sales. Attend customer-facing and internal national and regional trade shows as required. Ensure compliance with the Medical Code of Compliance and Ethics, policies, procedures, and internal controls relevant to the role. Essential Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical or Occupational Therapy. Desire to transition into a sales-focused role with heavy travel commitments. Comfortable working with physicians and clinicians treating neurological and/or orthopedic patients. Results-focused, self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Graduate degree in Business, or Physical or Occupational Therapy preferred. Experience in physical therapy, occupational health, and medical devices. Work Environment The role requires travel 2-3 days a week, with 3 weeks of the month assigned to the Cleveland to DC area and the 4th week in the Carolinas territories. The position involves conducting 2-3 screening days per week, each lasting 6 hours while in the clinic seeing patients. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Sterling, VA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Full benefits, we can provide benefits package for review Workplace Type This is a fully remote position.
