We build and deploy the latest AI-powered solutions to modernize dental practices across the country — and Dentobot AI is our flagship product. Dentobot AI is an intelligent, voice-powered AI receptionist built exclusively for dental offices. It answers calls, schedules appointments, and engages patients 24/7 — without adding headcount. We are now scaling Dentobot AI nationally and are looking for a driven, well-connected Territory Sales Manager to lead that growth. This is a ground-floor opportunity to sell one of the most innovative AI products in the dental industry today, backed by a team that both practices dentistry and builds the technology. If you have deep roots in the dental industry and a passion for bringing cutting-edge solutions to the practices you know, we want to hear from you Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Dental Sales Representative to join our team and drive growth within the dental and healthcare industry. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling innovative dental products and solutions to dental professionals, clinics, and practices. Your energetic approach will help build strong relationships, demonstrate product value through engaging demos, and expand our market presence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a fast-paced, rewarding environment dedicated to improving patient care through advanced dental technology. Duties Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target dental offices, group practices, DSOs, and healthcare providers across your territory. Conduct compelling product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations that showcase the ROI and capabilities of Dentobot AI. Build and maintain long-term relationships with dental practice owners, office managers, and DSO executives while actively prospecting new accounts. Negotiate agreements and onboarding terms to close new clients and grow your recurring book of business. Manage accounts with exceptional follow-through — ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities and sharpen your sales approach. Collaborate directly with the ODW founding team on go-to-market strategy, product feedback, and sales enablement. Qualifications Established network within the dental industry — dentists, office managers, group practice leaders, or DSO executives, Treatment coordinators, Assistants, or front desk. Proven experience in B2B sales, dental sales, medical sales, or healthcare technology. Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to demo software and explain AI solutions clearly to non-technical audiences. Demonstrated success in outside or field sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets. Self-motivated and organized — capable of managing a territory and pipeline independently. Knowledge of dental practice operations, dental software, or healthcare technology is a strong plus. Familiarity with CRM tools for pipeline management and follow-up.
