In this dynamic role, you will actively promote our home health offerings, build strong relationships with healthcare providers, and identify new opportunities to expand our reach. Responsibilities Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase awareness of home health services within the community and healthcare networks Establish and nurture professional relationships with hospitals, clinics, physicians, social workers, and other referral sources through outreach efforts and regular communication Conduct engaging product demonstrations of our home health solutions to potential referral partners and healthcare professionals Negotiate contracts and agreements with external partners to facilitate seamless patient transitions and service collaborations Manage key accounts by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring client satisfaction Analyze market trends, referral patterns, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and optimize outreach strategies Lead outside sales efforts by scheduling visits, delivering compelling presentations, and closing new referrals effectively Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, medical sales, or pharmaceutical sales with a focus on healthcare services or products Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication and organizational abilities Demonstrated success in account management and outside sales environments Ability to deliver engaging product demos and technical sales presentations confidently Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results in a competitive landscape Exceptional analysis skills to interpret market data and develop targeted strategies Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, for creating reports, presentations, and proposals Outstanding customer service skills with a proactive approach to building lasting professional relationships Join us in this exciting role where your passion for healthcare combined with your sales expertise will help us deliver outstanding home health services while advancing your career in a vibrant, supportive environment.
